What Is Gateway Woods School?
Gateway Woods School is an accredited Christian school on our residential campus for students who need to spend time in a more structured, individualized setting than a public school provides. Some students have been greatly influenced by their peers in a negative way; other students have had severe behavioral or academic problems at school. By providing their schooling on campus, we can give students an environment in which they can begin to achieve success both behaviorally and academically. Our goals are to:
- Prepare students to return successfully to public school
- Increase students' academic aptitude
- Provide each student with a set of tools to improve social skills
- Equip our students with a biblical and moral foundation on which to build
- Help students understand and apply God's wisdom, principles and design in all areas of study and life

What Makes Gateway Woods School Different?
Gateway Woods School is intimately connected to the overall treatment strategy for our residents. We have frequent contact and interaction with Gateway Woods' residential staff to insure consistency and effectiveness in treatment. Working individually and in small groups, our teachers strive to give each student a moral and social foundation for the future. Our philosophy is that behavior, attitude, and academic achievement are the result of inner values and faith. Our commitment to the whole child. The power of faith in Christ pervades our program and sets us apart as uniquely Christian.
