Be a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in good standing with the support of his or her local elder Have a dedication and love for young people Possess good communication skills, teamwork skills, self-motivation and flexibility Be a high school graduate and at least 21 years of age |
| Assistant Houseparent |
Provide for the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the residents Support the operation of the home in a manner consistent with Gateway Woods policies, state regulations, and according to the houseparent’s rules and expectations Understand and administer the treatment plan for each resident under your supervision in conjunction with the houseparents Provide academic tutoring for the residents as directed by the houseparents |
